The Academy expresses a forward-looking vision of the culture of education, grounded in professional expertise

and a deep understanding of contemporary communication. Learning is treated as a strategic and evolving process, capable of anticipating social, cultural and technological change.

Education acts as a key lever to strengthen institutional credibility, enhance public trust, and foster meaningful dialogue with institutions, organisations and citizens. The Academy equips professionals with the skills needed to address complex communication challenges and respond to evolving societal expectations.

The Academy collaborates with leading international universities to design programmes and courses

aimed at effective institutional communication and citizen engagement, building strong, coherent and credible narratives.

Its activities extend beyond training to include forums, symposia and international summits tackling key challenges in institutional communication, public engagement and value creation. Partnerships with academic institutions such as Maastricht University, Oregon University, New York University and LUISS ensure a multidisciplinary and global perspective.

The Academy adopts Pomilio Blumm's practice-oriented approach, based on "learning by doing"

immersive on-site training, and advanced refresher programmes in institutional communication.

Programmes are supported by a “universal library of communication”, a curated collection of strategic content developed by globally recognised experts. Contributors include Spike Lee (filmmaker and actor), Sebastião Salgado (photographer), David Bossert (Disney visual director), Joseph Kosuth (conceptual artist), Jung Chang (writer), Daniel Libeskind (architect), Heather Knight (professor of social robotics), Philip Kotler (the father of marketing) and Ginger Lew (former White House consultant).

This global network of experts and institutions enables the Academy to deliver a high-impact educational experience, empowering professionals to craft effective institutional narratives and generate meaningful engagement across diverse audiences.
